BIM Desig

La nostra continua ricerca di innovazione ha un solo scopo: consegnare al cliente un prodotto finito sempre migliore e nel minor tempo possibile. Da questa esigenza nasce l’utilizzo del BIM (Building Information Modeling), un programma di lavorazione che, attraverso l’uso di rappresentazioni product-orientated, presenta una visualizzazione 3D dell’edificio da realizzare consentendo di condividere informazioni ed eventuali modifiche con tutti gli attori del processo di sviluppo tra cui: architetti, geometri e investitori.

I nostri clienti richiedono la progettazione BIM per creare un file univoco su strati differenti in modo che tutti gli specialisti coinvolti nel progetto possano lavorare insieme sullo stesso materiale digitale.

Engineering 2K seleziona quei fornitori in grado di integrare il loro progetto nel BIM, questo è un must perché il BIM è richiesto anche dalle amministrazioni locali.

Crediamo che il BIM sia solo un punto di partenza, l’inizio di un nuovo modo efficace per rendere un progetto facile da modificare e da controllare in tutte le fasi di progettazione e realizzazione.

E-Commerce

Since the beginning of e-commerce in Italy, Engineering 2K has worked together with the main brands on the market, developing automated warehouses in order to satisfy the new demand for different logistic functions, translating into different types of buildings: mega constructions for e -commerce, parcel sorting centers and parcel delivery centers.

Controlled temperature

Engineering 2K has collaborated with the major brands of the Italian food industry (fresh products, poultry, semi-finished products, frozen foods), building customized warehouses and distribution systems to meet customer requests and HACCP requirements, increasing its business and its operations.

Cross Docking

Engineering 2K has developed specific know-how to build platforms and warehouses without columns, to increase the efficiency of internal handling. So far Engineering 2K has developed more than 500,000 m2 of Cross Docking type warehouses in Italy for the most important international logistics operators such as SDA, Number One, DHL, TNT.

The certification procedure is essential to meet quality standards, improve operation, track and control both internally and externally. Given the nature of the corporate logistics environment, Engineering 2K has been working from the outset for international clients, complying with the main certification standards required by various national policies or specific internal requirements. The quality procedure is essential to monitor operations and identify critical points. In Europe, safety standards increase every year and Engineering 2K has implemented ISO 18001 to meet the most up-to-date requirements.

Warehouse in SIBIU

We worked in the beautiful city of Sibiu, Romania, for a whole year on the construction of a modern logistics warehouse that could accommodate the daily operations of a market leader in the field of fashion. Over 12,000 square meters now fully operational.

We are working on the extension of an existing steel factory owned by a spanish multinational called BAMESA, in Topoloveni Piteşti.
